I would have never offered him, but I would have completely ties with him the minute he said he was committed to UM but would love to jump on a Tennessee offer if it came. Can't promote that kind of yapping from a marginal recruit.

If these young guys love anything it's showing off on Twitter. If Scott had a UM offer he would have put the official offer up on Twitter like all the other guys have done.

Did Harley put up his official offer from UM? If he hasn't, then he probably doesn't have one yet either.
