The fact that the kid is from NY is a big plus IMO. Golden recruits well up there.

Jethro is not a garbage coach. He may have failed in getting a DT, but he is a good coach. Is he among the great DLine coaches? No. But he gets players into the league from a MAC conference team like Temple.

Jethro needs to adjust to the level of players he is talking to he used to talk to low recruited players now he is talking to top prospects
 
I am up in the air about Jethro. Is he a good recruiter? Not really. But he doesnt need to be. Thats what we got Al and Coley for. Can he coach? I dont know yet. My decision will swing depending on if he develops Ivery, Moore, Grimble or King. Sorry but hes GOTTA hit a home run on at least 2 out of the 4. Our future D depends on it! If he strikes out on 3 hes gotta go. Period.
