Seems as thought he’s really happy with the class. Said Nesta is the best DT in the nation & Miller is the best NT is the state. Said they hit on their top 2 TE’s & top 2 RB’s. Said Rousseau gained 15 pounds since getting to Miami & is really sticking out. Loves Frierson & Ivey’s length. Loves what Patrick Joyner brings to the table. Said Jarren Williams is very mature. Said Rosier is the starting QB right now but everyone will compete. Nothing verbatim but that was the jist.

No coach in history has gotten on the mic and said "god **** it you guys, we ****ed this up. We missed on our biggest targets this year. We didn't sign the best kids in the area. We didn't achieve as high as we thought we would." It's just like the post draft pressers - everyone got exactly who they wanted and didn't miss on anyone.

He also confirmed that Scott Patchan will move back to defensive end after moving to tight end last year.

Asked about his impressions on the 10 early enrollees, Richt said, “The first guy that gets my attention is Rousseau. Greg in a month gained 15 pounds."

Haven't seen Richt's presser. All coaches have positive quotes about their class. But you can tell how they really feel based on facial expressions and body language.

In 2013 (where we pulled Coley off as a shocker), you could tell Golden was beat up by whiffing on just about everyone.

There's nothing wrong with the players we signed.

The issue is being a couple short at CB, short at LB and a few short on the DL.

We now have a serious issue on the DL due to our recruiting shortcomings again.

And I don't really trust anyone on this staff to be able to fix it at this point.

He was already working at DE after DJax went down. I believe I saw him with the DL during warmups at the OB.

So we go from Joe Jackson getting accolades as a Frosh to Garvin getting hype as a Frosh to Rousseau.now getting attention and hype as soon as he steps on campus.

This news makes me very, very excited.

Well that's some good news, anyway.

If they both can get their weight up, I think they both could help us this year.

Think big picture. Maybe today didn't go all that well, but overall a top 8 class and you are still ****ing in your cheerios??? Get a grip on reality.
 
these pressers always remind me of the HC on draft day.EVERY team always drafts EVERY guy they had highest on their boards.....250th player picked..coach " yep we got a steal we had him at the top of his postion"...lmao
