Richt finishing out this class

So here is how I think/hope Richt finishes the class in my order of importance:

2 LBs
2 OL/T&G
1 DB
1 WR
1 RB

If we have 3 OL leave then I wouldn't mind another quality OL kid if he is out there. I think that a juco corner or safety might be prudent. A fullback seems important, maybe the juco/grad route again.

At this rate neither can enter the NFL early which would be good for us... Njoku has disappointed me so far, Herndon looks beastly out there imo

Herndons a jack of all trades out there, knows 3 positons and the plays and blocks! He will be really productive for an NFL team when he gets there

Texas just offered him, and he hasn't scheduled Miami for an OV, so that doesn't bode well for us.
I think he'll stick with Bama, but if he does flip, it'll be to either UF or maybe Texas. He was recently CB'd to flip to USC, but once they have bad season & lose 4 or 5 games he definitely won't be flipping to them.
 
Thanks. Hopefully we beat FSU convincingly enough to get his attention but it sounds like we are need to think of other options.
 
Wouldnt surprise me to see d linemen line up to play for us before end of season. Im sure Kool knows it. Think wel pick up another stud there

With Smith, if he's going to wait until February then our chances are better, by that time Bama could have other WR's committed that would make it obvious for him to come here, but you know how these kids are when it comes to Bama.

Idk how the staff feels about Harley, I think if they really want him they can easily flip him. He apparently visited for the FAU game yesterday, and I know Coach Dugans has spoke with him a month ago, but Idk how hard they're after him.

OL- I think we'll flip Kadeem Telfort

DE- Either Carney or Wright (but I think we should try to flip Michael Allen from Wake Forest, that kid is a beast!)

I have us finishing with 24 or 25... I think we get Wilder, Carter, Telfort & one of the DE's.

I'm unsure about the RB's because Mac seems to really like Bama & I think Felix is all Oregon, but I'm fine with just Burns for this class.

Can't ride with Burns alone. He has proven nothing in highschool yet (3 carries for 13yrds last wk) regardless of how mediocre his team is and taking him alone is worrisome. Gotta get at least one more proven rb for this cycle.

I don't disagree with you, but Idk if we land Mac or Felix, which is why I mentioned Kameron Duncan (who I think will be a really good back).
If we don't get any of them, we'll just have to ride with Burns.
 
Any news on Kane Taylor? His tape looked legit but I think I remember him having grade issues.
 
Don't we get 5 scholarships back from probation , or is that already figured in?

We need a lightening quick waterbug who is a deadly kick returner. I want a santana/roscoe type. We should be recruiting one every cycle.

We have 76 scholarship players currently on the roster and 11 seniors. At this moment we have 20 scholarships to give. If you think 10 non seniors will be eliminated from the roster, name them. I doubt that we go over 25. Coach Richt has said on two occasions that he is looking at a class size of 20-22.

Njoku, production wise, has done NOTHING to even think he should be heading to the NFL as a RS Soph

Yea, the Njoku hype train got out of control this offseason.

He has freakish physical traits but he needs to produce a lot more than he has been so far.

TEs are supposed to be nice big safe targets. QBs like to throw to guys who catch the ball. They are funny that way.
