Difference is now they have a ball coach. Clemson has cheated always and most didn’t care until Dabo. Still gotta have a coach who can get results and develop. But you know all this lol. Just was saying
Oh no doubt. I just remember years back seeing some of these stats and Tennessee was way out in front. This dates back to pre-Saban days even.

They were a lot of fun to watch last year I can’t even lie

Matt Rhule is 8th? 🤣
Known program builder and NFL experience.
Couple that with Nebraska desperate to get back (we can relate) and what the current market was when he signed his contract makes sense.

As a fan of CFB in general I think it’s good for the sport when non-SEC historical powers ascend to national relevance, such as USC this past season w/Riley

If this is not buying players, tell me what is? The SEC has been buying players for soooo long.

There has to be a cap somehow in college. There has to be a cap in how many 5 stars and 4 stars a school can sign in a year in order to spread the wealth around and create better competition. Its been the same suspects year in and year out in college.

ATM threw in a cuck chair for Jimbo.
different times my guy. You have to legit recruit differently. You can buy fifteen 5 stars and if you suck and they don’t play, they leave. So you have to recruit how we did last year. You have your 2 stud lineman who will play. You have a bunch of 4 stars who will be in the two deep, and then close with some kids who wanna be at your school who work hard have some ability and have the right attitude.

I think Ive finally figured it out!

Some of these recruiting budgets is to hire trolls that infest their enemies and feared opponents' fan boards.

And ain't no team that has more enemies and illicit more fear than The U!

I just hope all the trolls on here are at least smart enough to get paid$$$

I suspect it is a lot of things. The point is that it is half again as large as its nearest competitor. AND, according to the on-field results, it works.
And if Miami were to publicly announce that they are spending $16M, Georgia and Alabama would suddenly find the means to increase their budgets to $32M.

Shocked that any school is doubling Alabama's budget. I guess Georgia just wants it more.
