I'm just tired of seeing a failing staff. Recruiting under Randy was bad. He alienated all local schools except MNW. Golden landed few studs, but then sent out 1 millions offers. collecting early commits then only to have a massive wave of decommits. I mean at somepoint the recruiting blueprint needs to change.

Why offer guys like Rodny Scott, Dingle, etc early and wait to last second to offer Harley? Why drop Gamble only to recruit him later on? Why string along Bandy for months before offering? Why not tell Edwards he can play anywhere just to get him on campus? This is exactly the type of **** that happened with previous staffs.

Recruiting clearly needs to be re evaluated. People pretend not to see it but situations like Dingle and Scott will hurt us at those local schools going forward. Miami has access to these kids 247 365. No other school has that. We need to better identify what kids we are targeting and stay on them.

And finailly, when it comes to elite recruits: play the game or continue to be "at the table".

I apologize if I come across being negative, but we can't seem to get out of our own way. And we haven't been relevant in a long time. It takes a toll. CMR is getting paid quite a bit. I expect him and his staff to do better.

It's a double edged sword being Miami.

On the one hand, theoretically, we do have access to these SoFl studs 24/7. On the other hand if we did something like Ohio St did to Gibson we'd be crucified.

4 game losing skid, looked mediocre against lesser talented teams, lost to "our" main rival for the 7th straight year, a decade + of suck on the field.. Other than early playing time and playing close to home, what does Miami have to offer over most schools ahead of "us" in the rankings?

Every year we go through this same ****.Everyone thinks we're signing 30+ kids and by the time january rolls around and kid start committing to other schools we have few options left.Just read on another site where Richt said he expects to leave open 1-4 spots past NSD,he's already setting us up in case we come up short again.

Currently Only ND and DJ are consensus top 100 players. That's elite.

5 top 250 players and 16 3 stars is not gonna win championships, unless Washington pulls off a miracle.

People can point out obvious flaws in recruitnring rankings, but the teams signing more 4/5 stars Than 3 stars are the ones winning championships every year. It's not a conspiracy

I bet when butch landed guys like Santana moss u were crying he wasn't elite or reggie wayne also. grow up man recruiting is a long game and coaching matters. with golden could of landed a lot of 5 stars and barely won 10 , with richt even if we get some 3 stars who are underrated being from south florida. this is a quote from a recruiting analyst by the way. dbs and wr's in florida are underrated they said due to so many in a small area that if played in another state probably end up 4 or 5 star so stop using star system to determine a kids worth.

Khalil mack was a 2 star a 2 star he is a stud in college there are a bunch of kids like that ray lewis for one.

I'm happy about how this class is going to finish.

The 2017 prospect aren't that great in the area compared to '14 & '16.

Tedarrell Slaton, Herbert, McFarland Jr, Jhavonte Dean, (if they sign them), Donaldson, Trajan Bandy, & Johnson are all future NFL players imo.
