Realistically we are a 4-5 loss team

FSU is going to motorboat us again this year, UNC QB is the goods we won’t stop them, Clemson has been a decade ahead of us for 15 years, our best chance is this Saturday and I’m not holding out hope.


Then we struggle with the likes of Virginia, GT, and NC St. So just those 7 games we are lucky to win 4.

The rest of you can do what you have done for 20 years and claim this year is the year then come on here crying when reality sets in.

Miami has greatly improved its talent but it didn’t bring in the elite WR we needed to compete at the highest level. Now will one emerge, who knows?

Don’t need an elite wr to beat any of those teams

TCU lost because just like last year their defense sucks. Difference was last year Dugans would have converted that 4th down at the end and somehow got them into the end zone or they would get a bounce to go their way. TCU was 2017 Miami with getting lucky bounces. Nice win by CU but again it is being made to be bigger than it was because this years TCU was getting pumped up by last years success. They could end up being medicore for all anyones knows.

Or we can do none of that, no sunshine pump, or doom and gloom. U think saying this stuff makes u better than a sunshine pumper. It doesnt. I will take it 1 game at a time. Not one single title was won in week one. Some of yall the same man who said Colorado was gonna get killed. I said none of that, why? They have new team, like totally new and a new staff. We have a new staff and half a new team. Oh yeah and i bet u said FSU was gonna win 5 or 6 games last season. Should i dig up the posts and see?

Why are we becoming so **** soft!!! We are the Miami Hurricanes. Despite what the last 2 decades shown we still fear no **** goliath!!

We need to win games we are not supposed to.... that is the road to the top. Stop with safe predictions...

In the last 2 season, 4 teams off the top of my head have gone from losing record to double digit wins. And Colorado has gone from garbage truck juice to what they did saturday.

Those 4 teams Michigan St, FSU, TCU, USC. 4 different conferences. Blabbing on about 20 years and last year is stupid. This is a new era of CFB. That doesnt happen pre portal. Its not an anomoly anymore.

There is no reason we cant do it with 43 new players on the team.

I disagree…You are a lil to salty when it comes to the Canes….I think we go 3-1 in those games…it’s a long season & after one game we are doomed lol nah we will surprise you Mr Salty!!

Based on what?

aTm looks physical and has a QB who can push the ball down field, but aren't as frightening offensively without Achane in the backfield; looking forward to this opportunity.

UNC looked okay and we're on the road, but we'll have had 5 games to figure out what we do best by then.

Clemson has been well-prepared under Dabo, but hasn't played yet and comes to The Rock.

FSU has play-makers all over the field and we're on the road for that game, so yes, it will be very difficult.


We have yet to see how new schemes and athletes on both sides of the ball measure-up to anyone other than Miami (OH); what did you see to support your belief that we'll lose all the"tough games"we have?
