I feel the same way. I’m hoping it’s like coach version of locker room bulletin board material. and gets mario and company ready to start dominating and landing some guys

Well I now know what is said in the negative recruiting world regarding them Canes. Don't know what Mario's retort is to "You got blown out by Middle Tennessee State". Mario is a **** of a talker but he set himself up with that and even that is too much for him to explain.

I would agree. These are the two we have been trending with and both would be big pickups. We forget that landing a top 3 SFLA talent, which both are this cycle, is always an accomplishment. Would also give 3 top 100 guys going into the season. Not great but also not terrible.

A composite 5* would be an adrenaline shot into the heart of this recruiting class. Especially if we can close out Franklin at the end of this month. Idk when Patterson is committing but maybe he follows? Idk.
 
Now if Jesus, Yahweh, Allah, and Brahma are feeling saucy and smiling down on me, maybe just maybe it’s Stewart.

This. Mario probably doesn’t need outside motivation, but this is the kind of thing I hope lights a fire under some people.

It’s kinda like what page305 was saying. I had no legitimate hate against Oklahoma before, but now I want Miami to win enough games to tear the Sooners a new one in a bowl game. **** I’d lose a game on purpose if it got us to matchup with them (obviously barring a playoff birth).

Yeah, Moss and Kelly were going there. So was that 5 star OL from Texas. It was going to be a UGA type class

And yet OU has the 33rd ranked class 12 slots behind us.

I get what you mean though. We need to hit on some of these guys soon or they will pass us.

I never had that. I said 6-8 last season.

Fact is the class will be fine , i never bought the top five stuff and I’ve posted that multiple times but I still expect things to be good. A top 10 class and a good season will build big momentum. It’ll show the program is trending well.

People here are just too up or too down.

This is like when there's a Dem/Rep debate and the Dem says that we need to get our "fair share of the pie," and the Rep in response is incredulous, responding that Americans all deserve the "whole pie." The crowd then boos, and eventually breaks out into a U S A, U S A chant.

Not to mention Venables talent level was vastly superior to ours the last 20 years. So yea although Mario had a terrible season, it has been par the course for Miami to suck the last two decades unlike OU that has been running like a well -oiled machine. Venables pulled a Coker.
