He’s a 5-star per 247 recruiting services, only, but the overall composite score per 247 has him as a 4 star, taking consideration all of the recruiting services (247, ESPN, Rivals, On3)

He was not a 5-star in March. 247 rankings only give 5 stars to recruits with a rating of 98 and higher on their own recruiting service. Their composite 5 star is something like .9835 and higher is a 5 star.

Exactly, when it's all done and it wasn't done then. In March even though he was top 32 he was not ranked a 5 star. He was positioned to be one but there was never a 5th star next to his name until now on the 247 only rankings.
