Question about the Booster?

Yes. They didn’t hire Mario for 10 win seasons that end without reaching his conference championship game. They hired him to win the ACC at the least. He continues to have horrible loses yearly. Would you seriously consider continuing to pay for underperforming/underachieving
Alabama, L$U, Georgia have been paying players under the table for years and now that the playing field has been leveled only 1 of 3 made the CFP, even though they didn't earn it. UM has only been back in the game for 2 years, it takes time.

We couldn’t make it to the ACC chip. Nevermind winning it. The CFP was the icing on the cake. Just making the ACC chip was lowest expectation after having the #1 offense

I guess old money rich people think different than me, which is why they stay rich. If I had hundreds of millions, I'd allocate a couple dozen million, set up a fund to use the money it makes yearly to fund the NIL. Get a few of my buddies to do the same and my ROI would be watching a competitive football team 14 Saturdays a year. This comes with understanding some years will be better than others.

Thats how SMU boosters think. People kinda forget they are literally playing for free. Getting zero money from the ACC. Miami boosters gotta put that money towards fake ****ies for all their girlfriends and paying for new buildings at Ivy League schools to get their idiot kids admitted.

I'm not going to sit here and say Manny is the best gameday coach around, but he does have a calling card he can rest his hat on with his defense. For the most part, everywhere he's gone his defensive operation has been pretty dang good. That is his system and he can sell it. Mario not being the orchestrator of either side of the ball certainly hurts his sales pitch.
Whats crazy... OL coaches can make it as a HC. But every single one I've looked up had and developed a scheme (see Andt Reid) and worked with more than just the OL.
