I think he's just a more dynamic runner than rosier which makes him very dangerous but at the end of the day you have to be able to pass the ball, unless you're a malzhan and the O is tailored around the run with a qb who may not be the best passer. With dawson though he needs a guy that can sling it but he can't be a complete statue, it's why TVD worked for a time and lit it up before injuries and the head case issues got to him. I just don't think milroe is a guy that fits in this O. He would be an upgrade from emory of course but that's a low bar.

His window closed to enter on Saturday. He wouldn't be able to enter until the spring window at this point.

Saw some talk yesterday that some UT source/insider said Miami reached out with an offer and that Nico's fam then went to UT asking for more money (and UT said no). No idea how reliable any of that is though.

Dallas Godert is a pro bowl TE from SDSU. They have a rivalry with Carson Wentz and Trey Lance school, NDSU. They have those BIG10ish rosters, big, mauling OL with more pro-ready system west coast QBs who can read defenses better than most in college. A lot of FCS programs have those types of offenses and produce some good **** QBs.

Their OL can't really protect him. A smart OC would be able to figure out a successful offense with Milroe. Milroe had 3400 total Yards 35 Total TDs 6INTs in 2023. Bring Milroe to Miami and you will see significant improvements. We can actually protect him

If he can simply out athlete everyone he can be productive. The second he actually has to read a defense, or attempt to use his brain in any capacity and he fails

So far every single QB, outside of Mateer, that’s been mentioned has had like 18 page threads about how much they sück. I’m not sure what sport people have been watching over their lifespan but it’s definitely not college football apparently.

Almost every single college football QB is going to be flawed. That’s why so many picks bust in the NFL. I don’t get what people want?

Playoff was last week and he had 5 days to enter. The deadline has passed for him to enter so I don’t think it’s him.

Some of you aren’t getting it. It’s not about whether Milroe is any good. Most of us “lobbying” for him know danm well he’s not. But, he’s better than Emory.

Trust me, I don’t want to see Milroe in a Canes uniform, but he’ll look better as our QB than Emory. There’s no arguing that.

I'd rather take a quality bargain backup from another team than pay superstar money for Milroe who should be a backup
