Exactly! Milroe and another starting caliber RB along with Fletch/Lyle behind our Oline would be unstoppable. You just can’t defend that. Fix the D and we would take the ACC. Bama’s Oline was absolute trash this year!

I've seen him play, he was very successful in 2023 with Alabama could actually protect him. He was dominate the 2nd half of the season. This season he's been running for his life which has effected his ability to do his job. He has ELITE physical tools that we could definitely use in the ACC with our running game and OL. We could run a similar offense to what GT did with Haynes King and just punish teams on the ground. For a 1 year bridge QB I would 100% take Milroe.

Haynes King makes the correct read on qb option plays like 90% of the time. Milroe is straight up only effective on designed sweeps because as soon as you put him in a decision making space he freezes. He’s a fantastic athlete that can’t read defenses or process quickly, and he can’t throw.
He’s better than Emory. Nobody is denying that. But he also couldn’t run Dawson’s offense for ****.

Some of you aren’t getting it. It’s not about whether Milroe is any good. Most of us “lobbying” for him know danm well he’s not. But, he’s better than Emory.
Trust me, I don’t want to see Milroe in a Canes uniform, but he’ll look better as our QB than Emory. There’s no arguing that.

You adjust the offense to fit him, there isn't a QB in portal right now who could run our Bro Raid. Beck and Ewers could but they are not in the portal. The FCS QB would need to run a similar offense as Milroe.
