Ask @RVACane and @JeddTheFisch it was driving me up a wall. It’s what I kept messaging in our personal little chat.
@SWFLHurricane @No_Fly_Zone

We were playing not to lose (to say the least) with a lot of the offense tonight. It got to the point where I was doubting Emory's arm pretty severely.

When Dawson opened things up, so did Williams.

We need this week to go over the film and scheme. Lots of subplots this week, but we MUST keep winning.

Win or not, that was a terrible game plan. Hiding your QB is stupid. If the young man isn't ready to throw a forward fuqin pass then you have failed him as coaches in getting him prepared.

No one here can convince me that the same kid who threw forward passes in the 2nd half couldn't have done it in the 1st.

Love this team and love the win but that was just terrible and soft coaching. Smfh.

We think for one second that **** is going to work against UVA and we will be back to Mope city round here.

Stop it.
There's a reason we barely attempted to throw down-field.

This was pretty clearly the gameplan. Keep it simple, play it safe and don't turn the ball over, hopefully keeping it close and giving the team a chance to win.

I find it to be cowardly football that's often tough to watch, but....it's a strategy for winning with your backup QB that frequently does work, especially if your defense is playing well.
