Place that you don't want to be in modern college football: OC and QB carousel. We got both. FML.
crop of QBs this year is bad and lots of teams need a qb. Miss on Howard and Ward and then what?I don’t even like this approach. IF Howard wanted in, you take his commitment. Lot of unknown variables in play here though- but you have to believe that Mario & Co. are smarter than allowing Ward to go on additional visits while telling Howard to “stay put- we’ll be right back”.
They arent Canes yet so he cant. This is CanesInsight. Not MightOneDayMaybeNeverWillBeCanesInsightI pay for you to have this insight
We should be so lucky !!!!My gut is telling me that this has to do with Jeremiah Smith. Perhaps it’s to announce the qb addition close enough to nsd to flip JS without giving Ohio St time to punch back. But who knows.
Again: UM thought they had him and he probably said yes but then something happened and the next day he is visiting FSU and planning other visits.
Occam Razor.
Unfortunately, that is also a likely scenario. They never had him and then something g changed. Like always with miami, some guy decided to run his mouth without knowing the facts. Ward didn't say yes and then 12 hrs later say I'm going to visit fsu and then maybe other places.
It’s up to the QBs to accept the deal. Turning down $2+ million if that’s what happens is not on JoshWe trusted @joshvalencia1996 and were let down

I don't think will ever know what happened.I dont think @Cribby would say we had a QB if it was purely based on boosters running their mouths.
The man is a long time valued poster and gave you the best information he had from a friend. He never made you a promise, so back off.We trusted @joshvalencia1996 and were let down
The way it played out also makes it seem like someone (likely Ward) accepted a deal and then something happened to change things. Info was probably accurate at the timeIt’s up to the QBs to accept the deal. Turning down $2+ million if that’s what happens is not on Josh
Neither team is winning a ship next year so that doesn’t matterWell in that scenario company #2 is asking you to lead sales, marketing, comms and IT - 'cos we know Riley doesn't play defence.
