Michigan is going to splurge on a QB this cycle either through HS recruiting or transfer portal. Rather them splurge here and land Underwood than have to battle them in the transfer portal. Plus LSU is usually a bigger recruiting enemy to us then Michigan so would be good that they can't state they have the #1 HS QB.
