Projected to play in the Pop Tarts Bowl

Uh no. But nice strawman. I wrote a post comparing what 2021 might have looked like if a healthy King plays the whole season instead of TVD and added that Diaz almost certainly gets fired in 2022 anyways as I think it’s still a 5 win team with TVD.
Yea but y we even discussing manny he was an abject failure here, didnt win big n didnt bring in talent.

Mauigoa, Horton, Bell(who got a ton of time), Cooper, Fletch, Lyle(Who played a fair amount). That's not even including guys like Riley Williams, and Rodriguez(Pre injury) who saw significant time. That's my point. There will be a lot of talent missing(Especially with guys like Ward, X(Who may play(Although he shouldn't), who knows when it comes to him), George and Arroyo, but it isn't like entire two deep is decimated. Again, you really think that BYU won't have anyone opt out? Seriously? Some of ya'll need to get laid, touch grass or something, if you think that BYU won't have some guys hit the portal, or opt out.

The point of this bowl game is to get a good look at the youngsters, especially guys like Emory, and see what is there. When you have key OL available, and your tailbacks, you should be able to cobble together a solid gameplan centering around running the rock, and testing out the young receivers, with Horton being the centerpiece of the passing game.

Lol
All I did was question the “so many starters on O” returning statement you made when we clearly have more leaving/opting out than returning.

I didn’t say anything about our 2 deep being decimated. I didn’t say anything about guys who play “significant time” not playing or anything like that. But you got it big dawg, you clearly want to get something off of your chest with your touch grass comment despite us both being here posting in this thread so you win playa. We’ll be fine and we will have plenty to win and BYU won’t. Good talk.

And how is that different from our current situation? Have you been reading the posts about the roster next year and recruiting? A poster who I believe is a HS coach says UM is embarrassing itself on the trail and he now hesitates to bring recruits in front of UM because one coach in particular is a clown.

And most posters agree that 2025 is going to be painful (7 wins) unless we essentially rebuild the entire secondary , entire DL, and get an elite quarterback like Cam Ward. So basically to save next season Cristobal has to do what UM fans have mocked FSU and Ole Miss for doing.

Few on this board thought we would land Ward so I don’t pay attention to that , we can talk about doom n gloom n then boom land John Mateer so it’s pointless to argue about next season right now. The difference is the talent level overall has been upgraded by a good margin outside of DB, this is the best Oline I’ve seen since the glory days. I actually believe we had enough talent on defense to at least make the ACC chip but the coaching was ALL TIME putrid, some of the worst coaching I’ve ever seen at any level of football considering what was at stake. Just my 2 cents

Manny can win 10 but his team will get weaker and weaker he’s riding with Elkos leftovers. Not worried about manny at all unless he magically became a good recruiter and evaluator
Exactly they acting like he all of a sudden is a good HC and recruiter… I’ll never forgive him for losing to FIU

Wow, the best of the WGAF bowls but still. I wish they would tell ESPN to go **** themselves and only accept a Sun Bowl bid (only one on CBS) but they won't. Really exciting to see the team without 12 starters play a meaningless game, sorry, I should be excited- WOOO!
