Golden said last week there is supposed to be a scrimmage for special teams at some point (this week I assume) to help determine who will win the job(s). I think it was Susan that was asking too lol.

So Cane fans should stfu about the guy and appreciate his attitude and value in that role. I appreciate the man not being a distraction under tough circumstances.
 
All of the sudden we may have the most depth at QB in the country. Not many teams have a Kevin Olsen as their #4, or Ryan Williams/Jake Heaps as the 2/3s. Williams will probably be full go by 10/1.

Sandland would be a moron to transfer at this point. Chase Ford got an NFL look coming out of our program for Christ's sake. We need him for two TE sets. He'll get burn this year.

Not sure he could transfer even if he wanted. Hasn't he already redshirted?

Ryan Williams believes he's 85 percent healthy. Said he tried his hardest to come back for Week 1, but wasn't cleared.

Looks like special teams day will be tomorrow according to the Golden interview, for those who were asking. Sounds like Vogel will probably be the punter and handle kickoffs.
 
Kevin Olsen is a decent young QB. Only this board writes off a RS Freshman QB. Kid is a plus athlete with a very good arm. He may never play here, but if he transfers he'll have success as long as he can grow up. It helps the team if he stays.
