if they are grad transfers they can right away, the db from Indiana is only a sophomore so he shouldn't be able to be *officially in the portal until next Monday 12/4. I would imagine that's when we'll start seeing undergrads commit

committing before then is pretty much admitting tampering

I’d never say in the boat but I think we’re one of his top choices. Too many kids have entered with plans on a program then change their direction

Indiana has had as much success with South Florida DBs as anyone not named Alabama. Them and Wisconsin

Even Nebraska has landed the Bootle brothers. Dicaprio was good and Dwight will end up being a good player.
