maybe.

but if they are running those edge stunts, then they are taking a defender out of coverage which helps the offense up top, (although it pressures the offense in protection).

and in my 2X set, if those guys are good route runners with some wheels (e.g., like we have in 4 and 6 ... and even 9), I like my chances even though I am taking one of the WR's off the field.

We can pass all over teams and run it down the opponents throat... What an embarrassment of riches. I'm just enjoying the ride

I knew you were going to say that...You didn't have to be that honest (even though that's why I enjoy your write ups). Heck be like some of the other posters and lie or make chid up sometimes. I'm going to ask @RVACane can he thread "ban" anyone that ask you questions like that during the season (JK).

We've been running the ball extremely well and with a defense that can't stop anyone a little ball control goes a long way. As it is Cam is throwing it like 40 times a game. You really don't think that's enough?

These thing are not congruous.

We can worry about ball control when we are in victory formation.

I get what you're saying but playing ball control and purposefully limiting our lethal offense doesn't make sense unless it's a blowout. I'll break it down

Ball control = less points scored.

Defense = leaky sieve

Less points scored + leaky sieve defense = greater chance to lose.

Also watching this team score at almost will is exhilarating. If we have the keys to the Ferrari we should drive it on the track instead of in 5 o'clock traffic burning fuel.
