Mario being scared to fire Guidry is going to result in some additonial, harmful transfers. His indecisiveness is inexcusable and the fact that nobody can male him operate like a coach with a fully functional brain is concerning.

Mario has never valued the importance of quality assistant coaches.

Anyone that thinks firing Guidry and bringing in anyone else and just a few players solves anything.. you’re out of your mind.

We need 10-15 new players on the defense alone and a new coordinator.

It’s a start though, I know the talent is lacking and ultimately that’s on Mario but we can’t be this BAD on D. It’s just inexcusable as a d coordinator knowing you had the O we had all year that you couldn’t come up with some patch to get us decent/middle of the pack.

He better be gone as soon as the plane lands back in Miami.
