I don’t want it be all doom and gloom but Emory looks like he’s having a seizure every time he drops back. He’s not comfortable in his own skin. I said it last week. Ride or die with Luke next season. Play the freshman. It’s the only thing that will save Mario.

His game day decisions are good for 2 to 3 losses a year. Unreal he puts the game in the hands of the defense again. Did he not see the Syracuse game. Or the rest of them this year for that matter

He’s not the answer and I feel bad for the kids

Carson Beck gets knocked out. Gunner Stocton comes in and runs the offense. Cam is pulled, the coaches coach not to lose the game and Emory looks totally incompetent. Then with him looking incompetent, we go for 3 and the predictable ensues.

Atrocious end of the season - but fairly predictable - sadly.

the ultimate failure was on Mario and Dawson. they knew Emory was gonna play and they didn't ask him to actually play when they put him in. you would think with a month to prepare, Emory would be ready. 2 games in a row, Mario put the game in the defenses hand hahahaha

maybe because they knew what would happen.... It was Clemson all over in the 3rd Q. Emory just had to NOT do anything to lose.

He is not.
And this is not about the prep, or lack of, coming in.
The man has ZERO pocket presence.

The second half should make the CIS EW fan club a little more receptive to getting a competent QB in the portal.

Cam did his part, PERIOD. I do not think our future QB stepped up in the 2nd half, I am a fan of his.

He doesn't have to be the guy to run an offense where the forward pass is an option. Not a viable excuse. If you never ask him to anything how do you know he can't?

That 3/4 arm slot EW uses is pretty scary. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. If you are 6'4 or 6'5 and getting the ball knocked down then you need to adjust something. Given this coaching staff, I wouldn't be surprised if Emory didn't know he was going in.

I am glad they sat Cam or maybe he sat himself. I want him in the top 5 next year. He did enough. But if Emory knew he was going in and the staff knew he was going in. AND they prepared for him to go in, I am sorry for disagreeing with you guys lol.

He looked awful. I guess Nickle will have every chance next year to beat him out if we can't pull a playoff QB. I would love to have that kid from Kansas State but that isn't going to happen.
