Just win baby. Not happy with how our defense has played and how he doesn't fire his buddy, but bashing him is not going to help. I hope he starts winning and the defense gets more aggressive. Just hoping for the best and hoping we can win it all with him
 
It doesn't matter. He's here now.i Support him because he is the coach, not a personal thing. He seems likable but the results will speak for themselves

how he handles coach d and the issues on defense this coming season will tell us all we need to know. wait and see……… jury's out

Excellent spokesman, Decent recruiter, horrible football mind, with NO history of success. Im really not sure how anyone can defend this guy. I was all in before the season, but his inability to adapt and his tendency to be completely outclassed by upper echelon programs (FSU, Va Tech) and even great coaches from lower echelon programs (cutcliffe, jim grobe) made me realize the guy is just not a good coach. He'd make a **** of a politician though. Maybe thats why Shalalalala wont fire him.

We just need to be patient. Our record has improved every year under him so far. Every one says "just win baby".....well that's the trend right now. Most of the guys from the shannon regime are gone and Al finally has a roster of guys that believe in him. This team will be ****ed off this season with alot to prove. Trust the process sounds so cliché. ...but just have patience, people.
 
Serious doubts. But I change that vote to 'Corch' if I see regression instead of progression on the field next season.

My patience is wearing awfully thin.
 
I would not say 100% but I still have a lot of faith in Al Golden. I believe it's mostly about getting top talent to win games and Al Golden is getting top talent and with the NCAA out of the way he will begin to get even more talent. But I am concerned about the defense. I am hoping to see more improvement again this upcoming season. If we regress and or suck again and he doesn't fire his buddy then I will be done with Coach Golden. But I don't think that will happen. Just my opinion.

The season will be worse too. Remember we had the illusion of an undefeated season and the NCAA sanctions lifting, to get us through.

Patient? We haven't been nationally relevant in 10 years. We haven't even won a bowl game in 8 years. The team will be ****ed with a lot to prove? We are really supposed to believe that? Not playing in a bowl game for 2 straight years couldn't **** them off enough to not get completely dismantled by Louisville. You are clueless.

Randy Shannon improved the record every year for the 1st three years too. See why your "argument" sucks?
