Players only meeting was held this week

I asked my son after the Cal game if he thought that this team was coming together and these last two weeks and two wins are a part of that process? He never answered me, so I’ll answer myself.F**king A it is. And, to be proactive enough to call the Players Only meeting, before a loss, when the S**t hits the fan, and before a big conference road game, speaks volumes as to where this team and its leadership has come. IMO, building a team and program are big strides but also baby steps, so as not to get too far over your skis. We have exhibited both those properties this season. LFG, go Canes🙌🏽#CANESNATIONLIFER
 
Very good move and very timely. These guys have 6 more games to define this season and the trajectory of this program.

We all want a 6-0 finish, but absolutely no reason we can’t go 5-1 and make it to the ACCCG.

We need to dial up the intensity and do a better job of protecting our secondary so we don’t get gashed downfield.

That’s on both the players and staff.

Personally, I think we either run the table or lose 2-3 games. Louisville is the best team left on our regular season schedule. If we win next week, we run the table. If we lose it will it shows the last two games are who we are and we will have close games the rest of the way with us dropping at least one more.

I hear you and agree. We are either going to finish strong or finish weak like in 2017 - no in between.

A strong finish will make such a powerful statement about our program and where it’s headed. Really hoping we can pull it off.

Lose 2-3 in next 6 games? That would be beyond disastrous season
