Where they would have been blasted by the #3 seed and #4 seed.
But 2012!
Now I know that you're desperate.
Where they would have been blasted by the #3 seed and #4 seed.
I knew that a "but 2012!" was coming.
I haven't defended that team.
But you continue defending Vanderbilt and Corbin's multiple epic fails.
But 2012!
Now I know that you're desperate.
There is a 50 page thread where you claim that the postseason is random. Now one weekend isn't random. I love beating you this badly.
It is your go-to stat.
But in the Regionals, home field and seeding tilts the odds heavily in favor of the best teams.
2012 is meaningless, but........2007!!!!
Which doesn't address what I said and have always said.
This is absolutely false.
RPI is your friend when you need it, but irrelevant when Jim Morris fails.
I never said that 2012 was meaningless.
It's absolutely true.
I can't believe what I can actually make you say and do.
The home field advantage is so huge that exactly 50% of #1 seeds advanced last year.
Four of eight national seeds lost in the regional round just last year, but this guy is bringing up Vandy in 2007.
One year sample size to make a broad conclusion.
Miami, 2017 = bad luck with the roster, the guy is a legend
