Plus:

+ We won: OMG, we're on a 2 game winning streak!

+ Stacy Coley: ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That reverse was otherworldly. What a human.

+ Allen Hurns: Steady receiver. We'll miss him next year.

+ Special Teams: The strip by O'Donnell on the opening kickoff and McCord's partially blocked punt enabled us to get an early lead.

+ Stephen Morris: Nearly 300 yards passing, and no turnovers.

+ Gus Edwards: 64 yards on 11 carries. First time it looked like he was running down hill all season.

Minus:

- Rushing Defense: Pitt came into this game averaging 105 yards per game on the ground, good for 112th in the nation. They had 220 yards with 7 minutes still left in the game. They averaged 6.7 per carry. Awful.

-Golden for not trying run up the score. He is too nice to win a championship. Pete Carroll was nice but he also gave no ***** about the other coaches and players feelings

I would like to add to the plus for special teams: Goudis seems to have put his yips behind him

The RB we gave up 141 yards to had 11 carries for 28 yards last week against Syracuse.... lol


And 12 carries for 26 yards the week before against UNC.

Morris was great
Cleveland with a TD in his last regular season game
OL did a nice job
Coley is unreal
Hurns caps off a ridiculous SR season
Perryman hits like a truck

Few drops
Everyone knows our D is bad so not going to pile on too much but still don't understand some guys who still get playing time
Kick coverage needs to get better
Kick return unit wasn't great either
 
Plus:

-Coley is legit
-Isidora looked good too minus one gaffe
-Offense should be good next year regardless
-Howard see Coley
-Jenkins see Howard
-Kamalu/McCord/AQM building blocks for next year


Minuses
-Our D Coordinator
-Defense players/scheme something isn't right


Oh and It's Great to be a Miami Hurricane

Dan, I thought Stacy was having a myocardial infarction in the endzone after that reverse TD. He went down like Fred G. Sanford.

Plus
-Offense always had an answer and never let Pitt back in it whenever it looked they wanted to swing the momentum their way.
-Gus looked like the guy I always thought he'd be. He's slick.
-Morris was steady and didn't kill was any turnovers.
-Hit Man Hurns is a bad dude. Steady.
-Jimmy Gaines was all over the place. He played his best game.
-OL neutralized Pitt's only good player.
-This was 31's last game. I have no idea why they keep trotting him out there.
-Garrett Kidd saving us from giving up some giant kick returns.

Minus

-Another *** bum team joined Golden's 500 Club. Is that every team in the ACC that put 500 or nearly 500 on us other than Weak Florist? The fans of the 500 Club on here are left scratching their empty heads because they can't blame the offense for this one. Pitt was a stellar 106th in offense before the game, and that's not out of 400 teams either.
-If not for Garrett Kidd making some saving tackles, we give up a ton of yards on kick returns.

Our cornerbacks are good. Our safeties, linebackers, and defensive linemen are turrible.

Lot of better players standing on sidelines too much on defense

Wish we'd have run more Gus just bc he was having better game

Offense looked really good. Morris had great game.

Defense has given up 493.4 ypg last 7 games. 501. Smdh
 
a huge plus is one more game until gaines, green, rodgers, aj, ty, porter and luther are replaced.

-Only 1 more game before Corch Duh decides that he wants to pursue a gig as an NFL LB corch.

Yup.

No wonder our players get dinged up so much. Soft coach = soft players. It all flows top down.
 
I will keep this simple

Plus- we won in a cold weather game and finished 9-3 (vt and duke games played in awful weather without Duke). No doubt there is progress.

Minus- all our fans who cannot see that we are undermanned at DL and LB save for 52 and 17. Cannot expect the D to do much without the horses.
