If he's not supposedly coming to Paradise then why is he listed as coming on the 1st page? Didn't Rattler & Pete tell you guys what's up? My god!

Uh, because Clemson's 247 site published an article a couple days ago with quotes from Campbell himself stating that he would be at Clemson that same weekend, with his parents, for their major recruiting event.
Unless Pete or Rattler have anything to refute this, and both haven't said anything since the Clemson article came out, then I'm taking Tyson at his word.
It's disappointing, but it shouldn't overshadow how great this class is and Paradise will be. Seems like he should be removed from the OP though

What if he gets to Clemson and finds it doesn't suit him as well as he might've thought?..(isn't that the purpose of visits..check things out before making a final decision?)
Does that mean he's still not coming?
Was he given an ultimatum?..us or them?
Maybe, just maybe,.. It means nothing more than someone wanting to make absolute certain, they're making the best decision possible, with as much information as possible!!
But maybe that's not nearly as much fun as speculating, about something we know little more than nothing about!!

That might be true if this was his 1st visit to Clemson but it's not. He visited Clemson with Surtain earlier this year.
This is a return trip, with both parents in tow, where he'll be surrounded by all Clemson's other commits. You can't spin that as good for us, no matter what

On that note..his second visit means the "new and shiny" should be somewhat worn off, and maybe he sees a bit more of the big picture..(for the better or worse, who knows). Parents in tow..simply means Clemson has to say, and do everything right by everyone there, not just Ty.
Sure..we all want him here for paradise, but, plenty of things can happen in our favor, while he's up there.
All I'm saying is let it play out. Nothing we do or say gonna change his mind, and nothings set in stone till a LOI is signed..be it Dec, or Feb.
Maybe he just wants to play on the slide one last time before heading back home!!
This is an awesome class, with, or without him. He knows he's wanted here, and the staff is still doing work. He's not dramatizing his recruitment. Let it run its course, ..and hope it lands him back here. That's all I'm sayin

You bring up valid points and I hope you're right but I can't help and ask myself when was the last time he's been on campus? I'm certain it's been a while and that's no bueno. He visited OSU and Bama when they were here instead of Miami's camp. Could mean nothing and could mean everything.

I'm not absolutely certain....bit I think I recall reading somewhere...someone close...said the suckeyes were out of it. I may be wrong...mixed up with another recruit..but I thought that's what I read somewhere.
If true...it only validates the idea, official visits can eliminate options, as well as solidifying them

I find that hard to believe.
Seems to me the kid is making his rounds checking all the schools, i think its more so that then him not liking Miami

Bringing the parents means he's taking them very seriously. I like your optimism, but if he were coming to Miami with his parents that weekend people would be shouting "Cane lock!" and I for one wouldn't be disputing that. Not the end of the world, but as of now there's no good news regarding this kid.
