This resonates both ways with me.
- I personally would not want to play for Diaz and some of these coaches, especially with what i've seen on the field. A few coaches seem ok but the overall feel of this program is that of a joke.
- That said, a player is showing true colors by skipping practice. It's one thing to be upset but it's another to quit. You don't get better if you miss practice. You don't get better for your next coach at Miami (or elsewhere) by skipping practice. Life doesn't get easier and just bc you don't like your boss, it doesn't mean you can just stop showing up, unless you plan to quit....be it in the NFL or real working world. All of that leads to character/leadership issues, which is the biggest virus in this program the last 5-6 years.
