Our DL Room is FILTHY

Had posters on here saying Baron took a step back the last few games and I didnt know what they were looking at..Baron has been a beast this entire year and has been our most dependable DE. Im half concerned he might burn out before we get to the ACC title game. His total season snap count ill bet is the most of anyone on our Defense.

Hopefully with Bain back, we finish these pressures a bit more. Only averaging 2.3 sacks per game in the last 3, which would slot us outside the top 35 nationally in sacks.

Fwiw, we’re still currently top 15 with 3/game, but it’s being buoyed by early season results. Nitpicking here obviously, but wrapping up when we get in the backfield/not allowing QBs to step up in the pocket is key when we start playing better teams later in the season.

It feels like we just miss 2-3 a game due to a high tackle attemp.

But also you can see teams are trying to get the ball out quicker too.

But again hopefully Bain can change all that a bit...and Barrow/Baron continues to do their thing.

Crossing fingers for Bain dropping an OL into the QB's lap on Saturday night

Wrapping up will be huge in this FSU game because Glenn can actually scramble and throw on the run. Unfortunately, for them, their WRs are trash and cant catch.

Very easy to get ball out quick when we give free releases and bailing in cover 3 with guys not being able to rally and tackle in open space...

The back end is a complete mess

If people want to ***** about the DL then I suggest you get your heads checked. They get held 8000 times a game. Bain Barrow Mesidor Alston and Baron are NFL guys. Bryant has done well when coming in.
