Brother this might work for a year or two if that. But this long-term is going to be a catastrophic level failure. For anybody that understands anything about Bill He's one of the biggest ******** I've ever met. The dude is a tyrant. Grown *** men in the league we're leaving as free agents or not signing there because of him in the way he treats people. Now you're going to put him around a bunch of teenagers and dudes in their early 20s that 8 out of 10 of them are primadonna's and are scared to put in work. This is going to be hysterical the level of ****ery that is going to occur in chapel Hill. All the reason Satan had for why he left bama, Satan at least has a little bit of a personality. He learned he had to tone it down. Belichick don't give a **** about your feelings. He ain't tuning **** down. You're going to have to really crush the evals to get the right type of dudes in that are willing to come in and play for Bill belichick. Because if you think he's going to be doing in homes and all the rest of that, I guarantee you that ain't happening. Maybe for one or two kids each class he'll do an in home and that's only if they're kids that are five star++++. Cuz belichick ain't kissing no kid or no kids families ***. So it's going to all be on the staff that he's able to build over there. Which I'm sure will be a **** of a staff. But he runs through staff like bathwater. The dude is really tough person to get along with. This isn't some walk in the park. It's important to remember he didn't take this job because he had so many options. No one in the NFL wanted him. Think about that The place where the man is a legend a bona fide icon nobody even wanted him on staff let alone as a head coach. What should that really tell you? Also Sabin didn't get all these advantages because it was saving Sabin got all these advantages because it was Satan inside of the SEC. The conferences are the ones that are getting advantages far more than the coaches

Edit : To the point of Tom Brady... Bill was part of the team that picked him and made the choice to play him as well... Having an eye for talent is a good thing for a Coach...Especially when it turns into the best QB ever...
If I remember correctly he also was part of picking someone else and developing him... Guy named Lawrence Taylor... Arguably the greatest defensive player ever... Dude single handily changed the way defense was played and Coached against...
With that said I think that's a **** of a thing to talk to a high school kid about as far as what can be potentially done with that player....

That seems a little revisionist. They drafted Brady in the 6th round and he sat on the bench till Bledsoe practically got killed trying to run for a third down. The Pats had just upped Bledsoe's contract to 10 million a year.. they wouldn't have done that if they really knew what they had in Brady.

It doesn’t matter in the end, Cristobal will always have to rely on his coordinators choices.

Point is they did do it... However it played out it happened...
The bigger point was that Bill not only had a hand in the best QB ever but the best DE/LB ever... Anyone would love a resume like that...

LMFAO what could possibly go wrong. Lawrence is a good friend of mine & arguably the greatest defensive player ever. You put Bellicheck( a known cradle robber )around Lawrence & might as well invite Craft into some spot as well, maybe invite Mike and sapp on down for a sleep over on the weekends as well and see how the rate of sororities drops off in chapel Hill over night. That's just a predators convention. No good can come from that.

I agree with everything you say, but he doesn't need to maintain relationships more than a year or two with most of these kids. I'm not saying he's going to recruit HS well and build a sustainable program that ends up competing for championships. He'll certainly build a defense good enough to beat probably anyone any given saturday though. And I'm sure there will be types he's able to get no problem and will put up with him and do well. I'm saying he will be able to go to the portal and get his 11 starters on defense yearly as long as the NIL is there. UNC was not really competitive for football/nil, and now they can be considered a new competitor in that regard. Kids don't gotta like him. They'll put up with him for a year if they believe it's going to help prep them for the NFL and increase their draft stock.

Now offensively I think could be horrible for them. I'm not saying I see him making CFP. But they certainly will be respectable and well coached under him.

But again I've been saying all this with the qualifier that IF he gets massive NIL funding behind him... Which I think UNC has access to....
