I really like football, too. Doesn't mean I'm qualified to coach at the professional level.

Have you dedicated your career to coaching? Maybe start with being an intern, then a grad assistant or analyst, and learn about coaching like all the women did. You may like football but it seems you haven't done anything to show that you are trying to become a coach.
For several decades there was a belief across sports (especially football and baseball) that while black men could play the game, they lacked the mental capacity to understand the complexity of being a coach. The proof was that there weren't any black coaches, so the theory had to be true. The ignorance on display in this thread is just another variation of that, with dummies pre-determining that women arent capable of coaching men's sports.
Bruh there are college and NFL coaches who fit this descriptionTriggered.
I guess you'd be happy if UM hired its first ever female to coach WR's -- for the sole reason that she's a female. Would you rest assured knowing she was the best person for the job? Would you trust that she fully comprehended the intricacies, brutality, and physicality of the game without ever stepping foot on a field or taking a shot to the chin? Would hiring this said female put UM at an advantage or disadvantage from a developmental and recruiting standpoint? Most importantly, are you, TimeB0mb snowflake, even able/willing to think about these issues logically?
Triggered.

Lol cupcake. Pointing out your stupidity isn't being triggered, its just simply pointing out your stupidity. "Triggered" is the person who comes onto this thread whining about how women are taking jerbs from men because they "cant understand the physicality."
I have no doubt you've taken "shots on the chin", and also likely down your throat, and in your eye- but I don't think that makes you qualified to coach.
But to answer your question- I wouldn't really care if Miami hired a female WR coach. I judge on performance, not appearances. And if she failed, I wouldn't attribute it to her gender. As a matter of fact, if Diaz hired a woman WR coach I would assume she was extremely good because if she failed it would probably cost him his job.
Miami's last 2 WR coaches are black and were generally considered failures. Miami just hired a white WR coach. I don't assume that black WR coaches can't succeed at Miami.

That’s funny, because most of ‘these’ hires are made based on appearance, not performance.
