U’re trying to compare a T.O blunder from a coach whose team was down & needed to score from 30+ yards out, to a coach who literally had the game won by simply taking a knee.

Let’s say for argument sake that the T.O was called, & a FG ensues later; does that mean we automatically make the K to send the game into OT? No, b/c I can tell u as a Bears fan we’ve already had 2 crucial FGs blocked, including a potential game winner against GB.

I’m pretty sure we’ve seen incompetent coaches tricking off time management w/ taking too many or too few T.O’s b4; but, I’m fairly certain we’ve never seen a coach w/ the game already over not take knee, when they r no where near the goal line, & the other team can’t stop the clock.
