I will be starting episode 2 when I get home from work.
I just finished watching the Netflix Original series "Last Chance U" is a documentary series about East Mississippi Juco Football, and it left me speechless.
One of the main characters is former FSU QB John Franklin III who just signed with Auburn, Franklin outs quite a bit about FSU in the show. There are also players from the state of Florida highlighted in the series as well.
This is a much watch for every college football fan, it is deeply disturbing and eye opening at the same time providing an unfiltered look from player, coach, and institutional perspective.

What exactly did Frankin say about FSU? I watched all 6 episodes and was hoping for some dirt, but he didn't say one negative thing about them....Are you exaggerating again parrotnose?

Fing Garbage 305, go watch the series again things are subtly stated or implied, do you think the film makers would allow for open slander of any university, let alone won as big as FSU. Rewatch the segments when the counselor is chastising Franklin about sleeping with the girl he just met. He talks about FSU's party culture and how they have girls lined. An there are a few other subtle scenes with Franklin taking about his time at FSU throughout the movie.

"It is called caring about people, most good counselors do, hence why I said Ms. Brittany Wagner will be plucked from East Mississippi CC very soon. "
I am too cynical to agree with you, but I have one experience that applies. In the 70's I taught JR High Math in Liberty City. There was this one kid in my homeroom and math class (lowest level class) who I told every day "if you do not straighten up and learn something, you will end up in prison!" If go so he would say it before I even got the chance. My last day, (I was graduating Law school and not returning the next year), I told him to at least save his money so he could afford me.
Years later, I was visiting an appeal's client in Starke outside at the fence so we could smoke. I see a huge back guy running at us inside the fence, yelling. I am think my client is dead, but then I hear the guy yelling my name. After quick prayer that the fence looked strong, I smile and way. Guy runs up and it is the same kid from Jr High. I chastise him immediately that I had wronged him about this day, but he smiled and thanked me. Turns out he was in for embezzlement. He said, "since I listened to you, I got a 2 year at MDJC and got job a bank." I told him he missed the message and he said, "yeah but I'm was in for white collar crime and didn't kill no one, plus they never found the money."
I had to take that as "job well done". When you work with kids who have serious problems, I guess you take what you can get. Still, I was just working for a paycheck, not to help anyone. But, I did take on the effort to get his sentenced reduced. One year later he was out for time served(they never found the money and that weakened their proof.) Guy tried to pay me, but I did it pro bono. Again, not goodness of heart but rather not wanting to be give FBI shot at tracking that money to me.

This is a heartwarming story.

Highlands county is going to be producing d1 athletes at a decent level here soon. Kids are buying in to youth sports alot younger now here. We've always had the athletes just not the culture. Always been about baseball. Avon park and Sebring have been baseball schools since the 60s but werw decent at football in the 80s. We are starting to be back to that bowI'm just getting to the episode where DJ Law takes them to Haines City amd for anyone that has seen that episode, it's exactly why I want us deep inside polk county. Polk County boys have that dog in them. Haines City, Frostproof, Ft. Meade, Winter Haven, Bartow, Auburndale, Lake Wales, and parts of Lakeland are no different tha the muck area. Just replace the cane fields with orange groves.....
