OT - Early Games Thread

We know what he is and that’s why I say ” they won’t hit their potential with him at qb. He goes through reads slow , misses wide open guys and always falls back on his legs. When they play good defenses he gets exposed which means the offense gets exposed. He can win then 10-11 games with their talent but that’s about it. They can’t score with the big boys.

You might be right, but it’s only his second season as starter. His story is still being written. Has looked better overall than TVD this season.

what? DJ has looked better? he was god awful last year in the same system. he was good in 2 games he stepped in for sunshine during the covid year. TVD put up a top 30 performance for a first time starter that young last year. hes in a new system this season and is struggling with it combined with the issues at WR

im keying in on two games this year - the Arkansas ATM game and our game vs UNC. if we can't score on UNC, we got MAJOR issues and I dont buy a single but the roster excuse esp against that Defense. nah, UNC is pathetic on D and if we dont put up 35 on them, its gonna be another disaster of a year
