Yes since December 2020Too lazy to look, but first 100 yard rusher of the season?

****…It’s obvious the dude can still play. Like …TF?!Heck, he's only 28 years old and been in the League a mere 6 seasons. He's got plenty left in the tank.
What concerns me is that it took two Covid incidents to get him extended playing time & recognition from this coaching staff.
So averaging about 225 yards per game with 7tds and 3 int over 6 games is not average? Then we have different definitions of average!Ok? He had an average game. Did you bother to check in for the last 6? You bother to check he’s one of the most accurate QBs in the league(top 5 actually) and is top 10 in QBR? Did you bother to watch how anemic this Offense was when he was hurt? People are allowed to have an average game once in a while.
198 yards 2 int, 2 TD’s sounds very average! And it was the JETS!
The Dolphins did the same thing back in 01 when they drafted a small Nickel back named Jamal Fletcher out of Wisconsin in the 1st round instead of drafting a guy named Drew Brees. The irony of that draft pick was the Phins QB at the time was Jay Fielder and he was coming off a 14 TD and 14 INT season. Everyone knew the Phins needed a QB and Drew Brees fell in their lap and they blew it. Our CB's at the time were Sam Madison and Patrick Surtain and they pretty freaking solid and one of the strengths of the defense and they drafted a Nickel back instead of Brees. The last thing that team needed was a 5'10 Nickel back!Swift would’ve been a perfect pick but noooooooppppppeeeee. Nickel back is more importante apparently.
only thing i take is that it was a play for deshaun watsonUp front because it was bonus money too. We should have signed Kenny Golladay in preparation of letting Parker walk.

I honestly don't understand why Duke isn't higher on the Dolphins depth chart. Their running back room is garbage.
They need to go and draft a first round back to help Tua.
Yet they promoted Grier who learned from all those ***** before him. They also passed on Reggie Wayne the same year...passed on Russell Wilson in 12', Wilson was waaaaaaaay better than Tannehill...and they passed on Lamar Jackson in 18'.
Our coach was Wannstache. His philosophy was defense first and he thought he could win with a game manager. The Dolphins did the same thing back in 01 when they drafted a small Nickel back named Jamal Fletcher out of Wisconsin in the 1st round instead of drafting a guy named Drew Brees. He looked good out there. So happy for him.Flores has a har don for Myles Gaskin cause he works hard.
Duke is a better rb than any one in there right now as a pure runner. For example...Myles Gaskin today cause of his poor skill fell short of afirst down marker atleast 3 times i counted. Just couldnt get it done
Let's not forget the Phins passed on Drew Brees again in 06 when they signed Dante Culpepper instead of Drew. Brees was in Miami ready to sign a contract when those tricky Dolphins announced they decided to sign Dante instead. Only problem was that Miami didn't realize Culpepper wasn't worth a dam when he wasn't throwing the ball to a guy named Randy Moss. They also passed on Reggie Wayne the same year...passed on Russell Wilson in 12', Wilson was waaaaaaaay better than Tannehill...and they passed on Lamar Jackson in 18'.
Brees was still playing 13 years after Saban went back to college. It’s not like Saban was around long.Yeah, I remember having this discussion before, but I don't think Brees would've had the same career under Saban that He had with Payton...Saban was all about running the ball & playing defense.
He looked good out there. So happy for him.
Here are the Dolphin game highlights for those interested. Lots of Duke highlights
