Fair take but also…Tua made some very poor decisions today. He made some good throws as well, but overall this was not a good day for him. Defense and run game bailed him out IMO. Which is fine…it’s a team game. He has been lights out the last 3 weeks.
Exactly. Is he flawed? Yea but these type of games are a lesser occurrence this year. That’s a sign of growth.

Did you bother to watch how anemic this Offense was when he was hurt? People are allowed to have an average game once in a while.
When we were on the clock with our 3rd 1st round pick in 2020, I really thought that with CEH, Swift, and Taylor still on the board, that we were going to pick one of them. But they tried to outsmart the room and took Iggy. Heck, Taylor was still there when we took Hunt.

Happy for Duke as well. Duke should easily be bare minimum a 2nd string RB for the foreseeable future. As long as we have the RB stable that we have, Duke should be the clear cut starter. Phins need to draft a quality RB and keep Duke around next year.

I still think gaskin has some value as a change of pace, but he is really bad in pass pro. Duke, surprisingly, was really good at that today. He had two big blitz pickups. At UM he was always willing but would try to hit guys low too often, and they would jump him to get to the QB.
