A lot of ppl are getting ahead of themselves on this board. There is a reason we weren’t predicted to win more than 8-9 games. We knew coming into the year that the secondary was going to be a huge weakness. We hid it for a couple weeks but now we are seeing what we knew it would be.

With this personnel we are literally throwing everything up against the wall to see what sticks.

2 (tied). New ST teams coach
2 (tied). New OL coach
3. New DC
4. New QB
5. New kicker (happening anyways)

Stop. If you think we need a new DC over a new QB, you are crazy.

I ranked it lower because I think new QB has a higher chance of happening. Fairly sure Rosier won't be starter next year (but I credit him for playing well above his skillset- this is more Richt's team than Al Golden's team but Richt didn't have a much choice this year since Perry didn't/couldn't enroll early). If he'd somehow convinced Kaaya to come back, I think we are 8-4 right now. Richt didn't have a lot of options at QB so Rosier got the nod, and I would have pegged him as a 6 win qb. He got us to 10.
