This year class had its highs and lows but in the end it turned out good. Now time to start the process all over again for 2013

2013 will be a smaller class, I'm seeing 15 tops, so we'll have to hit with all our targets and accent our roster's holes.

Don't know about 2013 but I can say now that the WR out of Homestead, Lane, is going to be a complete stud in 2014

Do we have any chance with Hargreaves' kid? He's got everything you look for in a Corner.

Because of our situation, DTs Senat and Bryant are in the Top 10 most important recruits here in the past 5 years.

Paul James is a nice tweener-type DE that could fit into an OLB/DE spot.

Everyone should know what I think about Stacey Coley at this point. Cunningham is another important WR.

WE NEED SAFETIES.

We can have up to 25 per year. We were able to have more this year cause we only signed 16 last year. which mean 9 count towards last year since the enrolled this school year. the rest for the fall count as 25.

We can only have a max of 85 schollies at start of the season. Some players will be gone after spring ball.

We have 13 seniors. Seantrel is the only threat to leave I see.

We will sign 20 would be my guess. Unless sanctions prevent that

Why so few? We're allowed up to 25 plus 1 EE. You're guessing we lose 10 schollies/yr?

Can't go beyond 85. With a freshman class of 32/33, there isn't much room for attrition to get us up to the 25/year.

85 man limit. Only going to be 12ish seniors with no eligibility left, every other spot will be someone leaving. Gotta think some of the juniors will be asked to look elsewhere if they have graduated.

I just assumed it was a given some players walk after this year/spring especially if we get our sanctions soon

how many can we sign

Probably going to be around 19-20. Maybe more if we get off super light NCAA wise. I'm expecting at least 2 scholarships gone.

im counting with the 34 that just signed 93 total. thats with JR and SR leaving

I count 67 current roster players including the EEs. We received 24 commits today. However, according to Mr. Blue, he will only be here in the fall if another commit does not qualify. So, we have 67 current roster players + 23 commits for the fall = 90 total players. At least five of the current 67 players will not be here in the fall.

I count 13 seniors on the roster.

1) James
2) Hit Stick
3) Thompkins
4) BJones
5) Smith
6) Lewis
7) Buchanon
8) DJohnson
9) McGee
10) Telemaque
11) Ray Ray
12) The Claw
13) Botts

I count at least 7 underclassmen that wouldn't surprise me if they were not here next year. That's potentially 20 players that won't be here in 2013.

I would bet that the number is closer to 15 than it is to 20.

I think it will be a small class. We already have Kermit, Kearse, Collins and Bryant as early commits...Senat is in if he wants...so is Olsen and Cunningham. Coley is a huge long shot. You figure if just those 7 come we are half way to our class right there. I'm thinking we are really selective with the rest. Those 7, even though they may not be positions of need (esp wr) are just too good of athletes to let go. Theres also Thomas, Deeb and Williams that are probably too good of athletes to let go of.
