Oh Golden, says Dorito is working hard

Golden always never says **** to the media, he never lets things go, so dont take this interview seriously, not taking sides here, i want changes just as bad or even more than anyone else, i personally think there will be changes

Corch Duh is gone. No way he brings him back. The whole defensive staff is going to be sent packing , save for Barrow who may be reassigned to special teams or something (too valuable of a recruiter to let go). If not , next year is going to be absolute **** for Golden. This is one fickle fan base and it doesn't take much to go from savior to pariah. I trust that he will make the move a good CEO would make. If moves aren't made, then it is the end of his time here after next season.

Al Golden on Dorsett/Duke tweets: "I think they both know that what they presented to the public was not what they meant."

-Anyone know what this is about, no tengo twitter

they tweeted out OMG this is embarrassing

What I don't like about Al is that he refuses to make adjustments. He's convinced that his little temple plan is destined to work. I mean I'm sure the guy is working his *** off but he's just too stubborn

I don't think we're any more, or less, fickle than any fan base. But this season started out like the Titanic's maiden voyage. It was going great till we hit the ice berg, then things went south in a hurry. People aren't ****ed because we lost. They're ****ed because we are being abused week after week.

I simply refuse to believe Golden is stupid, foolish, or stubborn enough to bring back Dorito next year.

I'm working under the full assumption the decision has already been made and it's been arranged behind the scenes that he'll coach out the year and then be allowed to "resign" for whatever politically correct public bs reason so as to save face.

If this isn't the case.....I'm officially off the Golden bandwagon and he enters Randy Shannon territory in my eyes.

Well said.

And it really is THIS SIMPLE. We all kinda sorta think Al Golden is the right man for the job. We all want him to be the right man, but we're not exactly sure he is. Well at the end of this season we will know all we need to know about coach Golden. If he brings back a clearly incompetent coordinator level coach, then we absolutely know he is NOT the right man for the job. If he gives his buddy the rest of the season to work behind the scenes to find another gig, that tells us how solid coach Golden is.

Again, we learn all we need to know about coach Golden by next spring. Now we just have to let it play out. (in real time not interweb time. :) )

I'm surprised franklin wasnt at least fired today. last night was the end of the line for these guys. u cant give up that performance and continue w the cliches

Fat dope should change his name to Confusedcius with his Far East double-talk.

.@GoldenAl: "It's about our team and our execution. It's really not about the other teams. We have to take care of it. It starts with me.''

This seems familiar.

He's like a bloated Magic 8 ball with all his canned responses. Same **** after every bumbling loss. Just shake up Magic 8 Al and get your fa.ggy response.

LMAO. Too late. We are already splattered dead on the road.

I have no doubt that the man works hard. I heard him on Hurricane Hotline and I posted on another thread that he sounded like a racoon on speed. He was spewing Defensive stuff stream of consciousness machine-gun style. Cat needed some decaf. Maybe he's thinking too much or having our guys think too much, or something. Just a thought.

Agree with both of you, but I'm not going to let him off the hook even a little bit until I see who he hires as our next DC.

Exactly right. Golden will say one thing, and then he'll work his *** to fix the problems. Any changes will come after the last game. 50/50 whether he gets rid of Coach D. Barrow and Franklin are goners IMO.

My sentiments exactly. Al - please be the right guy!

Dead at the last one

Actually it was exactly what they meant. What you proceed to brainwash them to say won't be what they meant.
