Whatever happened to the "big time commit" UM was closing on to be announced? Thought that news was supposedly "imminent".

3 stars are big time for a 5-7 program. . .

Can’t count in chase till he is healthy. At this point we have Wes and Flagg and that’s it at LB. We need 5-7 in this class alone it appears.

I like the mix of having Mauigoa with Flagg, Wes, and hopefully Chase. This would provide some veteran experience and leadership, but also allow for the freshman to get some experience as backups.

This should play well for the future.

I’m not opposed to taking him, we just need a STARTING 0-1, and he aint that. I don’t think some realize yet how thin we are inside. He is likely in the 2 deep just based on body type and experience alone…again, it’s just bad news if he is playing starter minutes cause he isn’t Darrell. Hopefully more and better options come to life for us though.

All moot, kid is going to East Lansing to visit and probably other schools as well. It’s not like this is anywhere near a done deal so

I thought they’d be in on Derrick Hunter who I think is announcing soon but haven’t seen much on that. I’m hoping they are aware of bigger names set to hit the portal soon.
