That ISaac T kid apparently was a qb for a Wing T offense coming out of High school. (Long Jumped over 22Ft as well). So it sounds like he really came into his own this year (year 3 is when you see underrated, 3 star types start to fill out and figure things out). Intriguing...is also up about 40lbs since HS. Be interested to see video. That conference is Ok for football. Usually the top team is pretty solid. Based on Stats his highlights this year should be him just absolutely dominating.
 
Great hands and seems to run good routes. He looks athletic and high points the ball. But, some of those DBs are suspect.

He’s a take but we still need that “can’t miss” #1 WR type.

Looks like the AZ DT could be here this weekend. Visiting LSU and USC this week and hopes to announce on Sunday. Take this kid, the FSU kid, Adeleye, plus sign Bain and things look a lot better. I pray Etta shows up this weekend too but not counting on it.

If he makes it to Miami this weekend right before his commitment, I like where we are at. Need this kid!

What’s being said about the visits from Gaby.

”They have to be sure that if they're using an official visit they either A. Really, really want the kid or B. Feel like they're going to get the kid. Not a lot of room to miss so have to be very calculated. Also have to protect yourself for January in case targets emerge/wait”
 
Just curious, Why are we so short on officials visits ? Did we over use in the summer? Never heard this being an issue before (probably due to our poor recruiting lmao). Honestly haven’t heard of other programs having this issue though either

Seems we used too many with the high school kids

It's probably just due to the numbers as they kept it at 58 allowed and we are transitioning maybe 40 bodies on our roster, far more than usual due to the counters being waived. We kind of had to blow some over summer to put ourselves in the game with some big time targets and shoot our shot.
 
I think the OVs were originally intended to make it possible for out of area kids to visit on the school’s dime. They have morphed into media productions. And local kids want that treatment too. So, I can see us using up our limit trying to get locals to commit at a time where our needs are probably more attainable from non-local guys.

NCAA did away with the 25 cap but didn't grant more OV's to the limit. We're trying to basically sign 2 classes worth of kids (~40) with one class's worth of OV's. That's the issue.
