I think its because with NIL/portal era, the easier first layer of players to get are soFla guys that would want to come home and play in front of family.

My point is, it's not like the staff found this guy in the middle of nowhere. He was a pretty known commodity hitting over 400 at Miami Dade his sophomore year.
