Then he'll see one of those bitties in some booty shorts his first day on campus and his eyes will bug out of his head like that dude in the row boat that Rodney Dangerfeld ran over in Caddyshack, and all that robot **** will fly right out the window.
Seriously though, I love Sunny and will guarantee you guys that he will be a great player. He's got everything you could ax for.
When I think of Sunny I think of that NBA game several years ago when Manute Bol got into a fight and the dude ran from him. Some player after the game said, "that dude used to kill lions with a stick in Africa. I ain't fugging with him either."
I can imagine this kid dragging Kehoe out of bed at 3 AM and telling him to teach him. This kid is one that has no priorities such as TV, parties, fame. Just wants to create a great career for himself. Cant wait for him on that line.

Kehoe sleeps?
We need either him, Kerr or Gadbois to step up as a 3rd Tackle in 2014. Very, very important.
No way Kerr's a game ready OT by '14, IMO. He's got a lot of body changing to do first.
Add Kirkland and Feliciano to your mix, if neither Gadbois not this guy step up. Either could slide over in a pinch.
Yeah, I agree with DCH. I think this kid is a couple years away. he should have been SMASHING those little white kids. I saw a very upright large kid. I think he has a ton of potential but he is going to look small/skinny and weak next Seantrel and Bunche. Those two are MONSTERS! They could play better but they are quite the spectacle to look at. However give this kids a couple yrs of Utough and LOOK out! I like his background of hoops, and his natural size and desire to improve. You just dont find em his size every day. Lets go Sonny!

I think Darling is more likely to be ready to contribute as a true freshman in 2014 than this guy or Kerr. I see both as long term projects.
Look at the pain in those eyes. That's a young man who's seen some thangs.

IIRC, Bunche really grew into a Beast at a military prep school, Milford, before coming to TheU. Let's hope Sonny is following the same path. Sonny=BEAST

Bunche's mom is a body builder...he was a beast before he left high school

Yep...Thomas Finnie says..."So...a lap-top, eh?"]
Would love to see the outcome of someone stealing from this Sombietch

Does the name Peter Schibetta ring a bell?
You pretty much illustrate my point even as you seem to miss it. I'm surely not suggesting many people here aren't lucky. But too many people here, yourself included, apparently, seem to measure 'luck' in material terms. The reality is that there are things that matter a lot more than creature comforts in childrens' lives. Things like family, love, faith and character. Those things don't cost anything. I point this out because my comment was directed at the 'no sunshine' quip, which has become a meme here.Be careful about essentializing the experiences of those who grew up poor in other countries, in particular. A lot of folks who are destitute by Western financial metrics grow up happy (i.e., sunshine) with loving families. They just don't have material things that we have convinved ourselves are essential for happiness in the West.I feel bad for some of these kids. We laugh about that no sunshine thing, but this dude used to sleep in the ******* dirt outside of a hut. Jamal Carter hears gun shots every day and someone in his neighborhood dies once a week. Showing up to Coral Gables and looking at fountains and palm trees all day has to be like heaven for them. Jamal eats bread and rotten cheese on his sandwiches. A **** meal plan is probably amazing to him.
These dudes make the best players, though. They don't have time to **** around and not be motivated.
There wasn't even enough room in his one room hut for him to find a spot on the floor to sleep. He had to sleep on the ground outside where he was bit by swarms of African mosquitos every night. We're not talking about a lack of cable television or the new Jordans. Let's not diminish the hardships he endured. We're all very, very lucky.
