number one receiver

if

1. Morris's assurance improves (as it should and looks like it is)
2. We beat FL and win the first 4 **** in a row

expect us to go unbeaten. Our D will be better. Now a top 10 D but BETTER vs last year. and if our D was a LITTLE bit better last year we would of won 2 more games.

I expect Bond and AQM to do the 1 thing our D SUCKED at last year.. getting to the QB.

my biggest worry was the throws over the middle on us. Almost every team just kept getting 10-15 yrds every time they went to the middle

one more thing

M Lewis... as a freshman he was getting open and scoring TD's for us

I believe if he didn't suffer that injury this year he would of been our #1 receiver ahead of the pack.

I really wish this is a good year for him and fully recovers and has a very long career after miami in the NFL

But seriously, I think our number one target will be Scott. He's the total package.

Dorsett will be our number two. Big play guy.

Hurns will be Morris's safety blanket. He's sure handed and gets open in key situations.

Waters, Lewis and Coley will be the next guys up.

Scott isn't the total package until he catches the ball.

FSU and Clemson might have better WRs than Miami

I mean Sammy Watkins is probably better than anyone we have, but as a group?
As for f$u I guess rashad greens pretty good, kelvin Benjamin has talent ill give him that

fsu's pretty **** good..but top heavy.

The two you named are beast...Greene is slightly better than Dorsett and Benjamin is just a mismatch to everybody...if he has the mental down he will be a problem for everybody...problem for fsu is their qb situation. I dont belive the early hype on their new kid

Ehh......I wouldn't trade our WR core for anyone else's in the ACC...

I can't pick one. It's gonna be a game to game thing.

Herb and Scott are the most well rounded IMO
Dorsett is most explosive
Lewis and Hurns are easy to trust and move the ball
Carter is a wildcard in moving the chains/redzone

Coley has the talent to be significantly better than all of them (won't happen this year)

Combine them with the potential of our TE...

It might help if we can get the list down to 3 people. It seems like a legitimate argument could be made for about 5 of our wr's, not that that's a problem of course

LOL. He had exactly 8 catches and 1 touchdown. He played in 4 games.

for the those 4 games (he was injured on the 4th game).... Scott scored 0 td's

most of the time it takes few games for true freshman to kick it in to gear.

When you were googling for Lews's stats you should of google other players and done some comparison

It's a great problem to have! (Finally!!) I think Malcom Lewis will be Morris' 'go-to' guy...when things break down and Morris is scrambling and needing a completion, I think it'll be Lewis. Scott, however, could lead our team in big plays (in the receiving game).

Lewis will need a full year to gain any confidence on the field. As it is they will work him in gradually through the year.

Google other players for what?

You said LEWIS was "getting open and scoring TD's" when in fact he had exactly ONE touchdown (on a screen) and caught EIGHT total passes. LOL

Hurns and Scott on the outside.
Dorsett and Waters on the inside. (as well as Lewis or Coley)

How do you cover that?

You don't. You can't.

Most of those guys are talented enough to be the #1 WR at most schools in the country. That means the defense will be forced to cover our slots (who are as good as #1's) with their LB's, Safeties or 3rd/4th string CB's.

I expect Hurns to have a huge year if he can stay healthy.

Offense is pretty scary on paper. We will blow a lot of teams out this year. Need the defense to come along, all im asking for is top 50 in the country and we should be able to win 10+ games.

Now part 2 to this question should be.. which 6 WRs get on the bus for away games?...

Hurns
Dorsett
Scott
Waters

Those 4 are locked in. So out of Lockhart, Carter, Jones, Lewis, Coley, Griffin. Which two get the last two spots? I say Coley and Lewis. But Carter and Lockhart are gonna put up a **** good fight. **** how things change so fast. I thought Lockhart was gonna be a beast here now there is rumors of him transferring maybe. Or if he doesnt he might be buried on the bench if he doesnt get healthy soon.
