number one receiver

Well, we got a Rashawn Scott = Michael Irvin comparison, so I think we can kiss the baby on this thread.

Scott is the best all around skill set of all our receivers, but Dorsett is probably the long ball guy, Hurns the Red Zone guy (great rapport with Morris), etc. I doubt anyone has stats that tower over the rest.

I think it's asking a lot from Lewis to be anything more than a 4th or 5th WR in 2013

Of course. He is the best WR on the team though IMO (or was on his way before the injury), just needs to get more seasoning and obviously get healthy. Nice that we can let him come back at his own pace

This will be like the packers 2011 season in terms of offensive production (with a running game). Sling the rock.

Coley must fap to the offense on an hourly basis...I know I would if I had the reins to this beast.

If Griffin can get in, he's gonna be hard to pass up for any QB with that frame and ability. It's rare to have legit fluid athletes at 6'6 and not notice the mismatch every play.

Dorsett. He's ready.

Lewis (depending on health) and Scott (depending on off field stuff/hands) are there as well.

Coley is the wildcard.

Agree with a lot of this. Dorsett needs to be more consistent but even in games where he had some really awful game changing drops, he was open.

Scott has the raw ability, just needs to keep his head straight.

Coley is likely the best of the bunch, it's just difficult to expect a true freshman to be the #1 guy right out of the gate.

We have really put together a nice collection of WR's and you would be hard pressed to find a better unit from top to bottom in the country.

It is a great luxury to have, kid needs to take his time and make sure the ankle is 100%. He could be deadly in the slot.

SCOTT.. He has everything you want in a wr..

I'd love to see Scott at the X, Hurns at the Y (2nd option), and Dorsett in the slot. There aren't many defensive backfields in the nation that could match-up with our group of WRs

Sandland at tight end
Duke at running back
Veteran Offensive Line
Time to score some god**** points

Toss up between Dorsett and Scott.

I think Dorsett emerges as Morris's go to guy, just like last year. That kid knows how to get open.

However, Scott seems to be a very physical receiver who can make tough catches. He can go up and grab the ball, as well as get you yards after the catch. He is bound to have a very good year.

Herb Waters is my pick, report on him was always once he gets it all down, could be the best of the bunch. This guy did everything for Homestead his senior year, the best athletes and players in high school, if they can do it, will be used in every possible way in high school, and this kid did. He came on strong his freshmen year and has been tearing it up, along with Rashawn, in the off season. Either way, **** we have a lot of talent there! Fricking great problem to have

Will one emerge? We didn't have one last year because of inconsistency, suspensions, and injuries. Our last one was Hankerson. Im thinking M. Lewis will be our guy.

I think Hurns, Dorsett, Scott, Lewis, and Waters all will get the chance to be the #1 receiver.

I'm not literally comparing their skill sets, but the situation.

That being said, I think Scott and Dorsett can be co-#1's ala Reggie Wayne and Santana. But now that I think about it, the way Dorsett gets seperation from the DB is reminiscent of Santana.

They both have a long way to go to get on that level, especially in the hands dept. but I think they can be more like 1a and 1b. And the guys behind them are strong 2's with potential to be 1's. We have some good depth finally.

FSU and Clemson might have better WRs than Miami

I mean Sammy Watkins is probably better than anyone we have, but as a group?
As for f$u I guess rashad greens pretty good, kelvin Benjamin has talent ill give him that

fsu's pretty **** good..but top heavy.

The two you named are beast...Greene is slightly better than Dorsett and Benjamin is just a mismatch to everybody...if he has the mental down he will be a problem for everybody...problem for fsu is their qb situation. I dont belive the early hype on their new kid
