Given that this appears to be a CIS-sanctioned article, "could've" and "should've" are the contractions for "could have" and "should have."

Anyone with a current offer is Plan A right now. Pretty sure that moves Pouncey into Plan A status.

I agree, Truitt no mater what. Outside of Njoku and Truitt the WR board should be: Thomas, Pouncey, Smith (longshot IMO) and then Holmes...........................................

Think honestly we end up with Njoku, Thomas, Pouncey, Truitt and Holmes. Don't see Smith coming and don't care about Harley, he ain't playing in 2017 anyway at the U.
