I think ND is overrated. Michigan moved the chain really well. They just made too many mistakes. One missed fg. Two turnovers in ND red-zone. One turnover in their own 30. That could be 12 points different at least.

i could care less about the spread. college football is volatile and generally any team can upset the other.

at times, our O can score almost at will (cf Morris to Dorsett for final TD). they will have to do so to win. at times (except for KState), our D can stop the other team (cf GT at the goal line). they will have to get a few key stops to win. and as said earlier, we need to win the TO battle or at least not commit TOs.
