NOA will come right after the championship game has been played and a few weeks before signing date when the college football sports media has nothing to write about.It makes you wonder what is the NCAA intent and sense of fair play.

In regards to the NOA, hope it's definitely not as bad as all these other schools have been making it out to be w/ their negative recruiting.

The NOA contains nothing relative to punishment - no ruling, and not even suggestions. It only contains a list of allegations with a list of rules allegedly violated.
which from that we can guess what the punishment will be
