Non-Conference dates set

Seems like an odd placement for the Savannah game. Usually a joke of a game like that would be very early or very late. Ah well.

+1

Should have been scheduled around game 7 or 8 to give the team a cupcake near the end of the season considering FAU looks to be the first game of the year. I swear whoever makes our schedules now never does us any favors.

We just the late season bye week like we had this.year. Previous years we had bye weeks in the first month then had to play 8 or 9 games straight.

ACC is to weak to schedule FAU and Savannah State. We have no buisness playing Savanah.

Wasn't Savannah St. a last minute replacement because someone backed out? Who were we supposed to play?

Miami kept it open in case ACC went to 9 game conf schedule, which they diddnt, so they had to pick up a game quickly which brought Savannah st

THE RETURN OF GRASSY.....

are you guys serious ....

Take a look
a LONG LOOK at the way this Sch is SET-up ....

This is how Ala.,Fla. and every team in the SEC does it...

Cupcakes=Pre season Game

I love it...
BCS BOWL HERE WE COME ....

look at it this way, from now through september....only one game matters...and that horrible sleep walk of a game can be just that without hurting our bcs ratings...so how is teddy going to do against sec d? how will morris be watching in anticipation? fisch as well? will spread work? thoughts? we have duke, and te that are big with a huge line...so fisch golden and morris should be watching together if permissable

Wow, a favorable schedule next year. Watch fau and USf be surprise undefeateds. We can't get off this easy. It's just not real life for us.

What kind of BS is that? Why shouldn't we have say in when our own games are scheduled?

8/31: FAU
9/7: Florida
9/21: Savannah State
9/28: @USF

We'll play either an ACC road game or have a bye on 9/14. Another interesting tidbit:

The Hurricanes don't like how they draw for Thursday night home games or noon Saturday home games, but they have no say in when ACC games are scheduled, unfortunately.

You think Florida is gonna be easy? :rollcanes:

That's the easiest early schedule we've had in years

Reading comprehension mane.

One game doesn't change the fact the rest are easy

And in past years (including this year) we would be playing a team like Florida on the road or a "neutral" site. So yea, relatively speaking we got off easy against them too

We got UF early... they look like a top 5 team next year.

We got FSU, VT, and North Carolina all on the road next year.

That schedule ain't easy.

I like that we're puttinG ACC games later in the year though.

Last year's schedule looked easy in the summer too. Who knew that Notre Dame and K State would amount to anything? We had FSU, VT, and NC at home.

Sorry sugar, got to disagree. This is the easiest schedule in about 10 years.

Didn't USF beat notre dame in '11?

Anyway, if you think it's gonna be easy winning the coastal again when we have to go to Doak, Blacksburg, and North Carolina after Fedora is settled in, well, hey you're an optimist.

Sorry but a down Notre dame and kstate still route fau and USf.

Didn't say it would be easy, but if I'm not mistaken we lost to fsu and unc at home and still would have went to the acc title game, so yeah.

Who knew that K-State would amount to anything? Anyone who followed college football outside of Miami-Dade County the year before. Colin Klein was easily the highest impact player returning in college football in 2012. Not sure who thought that everyone would just scheme around him.
