Tears Nole Tears (“Offcial”)

The funny thing is, with all the hype around Lagway, the offense wasn’t any better than it was with Mertz.
I know Lagway was a freshman but the way he was talked about you’d of thought he could win a game by himself and I just don’t see it. He’s inconsistent with his passing and his best attribute seems to be as a runner.

He needs a ton on development to even be considered decent but I’m No QB guru and that’s just my opinion.

Hypothetical tampering question here…

Say I know a guy who’s son played for Malzahn at some point in time before and prior to jumping in the portal he contacted said student athlete directly and told him he wanted him to come to FSU and guaranteed him NIL for let’s say $100k. Would that be tampering… or a recruiting violation?

Hypothetically speaking of course 😏

Based on what Taylor Edwards did, it is considered tampering.

Now, if Malzahn had spoken to a third party, who then told the kid "I am fairly certain you can get $100K NIL at F$U", then that would be back-channeling.

Right really no way to prove tampering unless a coach is just an idiot and good luck having the ncaa do anything. Now some Breach of contracts lawsuits are inevitable with all these bogus NiL deals floating around and not having buyout clauses etc

So what’s their narrative going into next season? Last year they killed it with all the highly ranked transfers, and all we heard was how they really made their roster better after having all those nfl guys. So are the transfers this year just better culture fits? Because I’m sure they assume that their upcoming roster is better than their 13-1 roster
