Seminole fans blamed DJU for their season and while he was horrible, their issues were much deeper. They think that bringing in Castellanos will immediately bump them back into the 7-8 win range but they haven’t improved at most positions. If anything, their defense, which was the strength of their team last year, is going to be much worse. They’re at best, the third worst team in the ACC. They play Kent and an FCS school plus two of the worst conference teams in Stanford and Wake Forest. Maybe they can squeeze out an upset somewhere in their schedule but I’m not taking the over on 5 wins.

Just think 4 should be a give me if they improved from last year. 4-7 wins would not be surprising for them. Also think Bama, UF Clemson and Miami are automatic L’s for them. I thought they would regress last year, but not 2-10 regression, so anything can happen.

They will be saved by an extreme easy schedule. Four losses guaranteed- Bama, Canes, Clemson and gaytor. All other games are winnable for that pathetic program unfortunately.

It comes down to how improved their offensive line is, and if their quarterback stays healthy.

FSU could be vastly improved and still go 4-8. We’re talking about a team that was 2-10 last year. Every game for them outside of Kent and that FCS team are an either automatic losses or at best, a toss up. Virginia, Pitt, and NC state are all better than them. Stanford and Wake should be winnable and I fully expect Brent Pry to be fired by they time FSU plays Virginia Tech so they might get a lame duck win over the Hokies.

Ucf fans were so done with Gus trust me. He’s washed. His offense has been around for years. He doesn’t develop qbs and receivers don’t want to play there. It’s a run scheme

They played some close games but they were 106 in scoring offense and 116 in scoring defense. They were statistically one of the worst teams in the P4 but there were a handful of other ACC teams in that same group.

I think they're a 4-8/6-6 team. The reality is that their OL and DL is ******* terrible. Castellanos is going to be running for his life, and they don't have weapons at WR or RB to do much of anything.

Norvell is cooked there. Unfortunately for him, he needed to make changes to his recruiting strategy in January 2023, not January 2025. It's too late to build up the talent he needs to compete there, especially with how the portal is nowadays. He gets fired during the 2026 season, and FSU isn't relevant until the 2028 season at earliest.
